The BACS service allows you to send a submission a minimum of 3 days in advance. the first day is the submission date, the working day before the payment date is the processing date and the date the submission is due to be made is the payment date.
You cannot submit earlier than 3 days using the BACS service, but it is possible to forward your submission's payment date up to 31 days. This can be done through your submission software by selecting a payment date up to 31 days in advance. This means the submission date is still the date the file is sent to Bacs, however the processing day will become the working day before the selected payment date.
