If you are receiving permission errors on PT-X, but have the correct permissions to perform the task, then please run through the following steps (this will need to be completed by a system administrator):
- Navigate to the Settings menu
- Setup a new role with the relevant permissions.
- Assign this role to the user receiving the error.
- Ask the user to logon and test.
If this does not resolve the issue, please try the following:
- Amended the users account by changing the email address (e.g.NOTUSED@NOTUSED.com)
- Setup a new account for the user and assign the permissions which they had before.
- Ask the user to logon and test.
