As a user, you can reset your own password using the reset your password option on the login screen.
1. Enter your email address and select Reset your password
2. It will then ask for the answer to one of the 3 security questions you have previously set up. Once you have answered your security question correctly, an email will be sent to you.
3. On the email, select the Choose password button or copy and paste the URL link. A new web page will open with the password already pre-populated, enter your email then click log in.
4. You will then be asked to update your password and security questions.
If you are using the mobile app as your chosen method of 2-step verification, you will also need rescan the barcode and complete the two-step verification link. Further details on how to set the mobile app up can be found Here
If you have any difficulties, one of your PTX administrators can perform a password reset for you from the user setup screen.
