The Bacs messages will advise you on failed collections or payments. The definitions of all the reports are below and then there is also guidance on how to download them from within PTX.

ADDACS (Automated Direct Debit Amendment and Cancellation Service) report.
ARRUDD (Automated Return of Unpaid Direct Debits) report.
AUDDIS (Automated Direct Debit Instruction Service) reports.
DDICA (Direct Debit Indemnity Claim) advice report.
AWACS (Advice of Wrong Account for Credit Service) report.

Generic test report.
- In PTX, navigate to Payments.
- Select Bacs messages.
3. Click Collect
4.The Default Filter screen will be shown, make changes as required.
5. Click Collect messages.
6. Enter the smartcard PIN or Password when prompted. If you are using the CSM module you will be prompted for your PTX login password* again
7. Reports will then be downloaded into PTX, for viewing and exporting in the appropriate format.
*For MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) customers, you will be prompted for the code from either the MFA token device or smartphone app.
