A valid password for PT-X Connect must:
- be of minimum length 8.
- contain at least 1 upper case characters.
- contain at least 1 numerical digit.
- cannot be the same as any of the 3 previous passwords.
Locked Accounts
A user will be locked out automatically for 1 minute if their username has 30 failed attempts in one hour.
If there are subsequent login failures for one account that are too quick for a human to initiate then the account will be locked for 15 minutes.
