The Bacs messages will advise you on failed collections or payments. The definitions of all the reports are below and then there is also guidance on how to view them from within PTX.
Bacs Reports
ADDACS (Automated Direct Debit Amendment and Cancellation Service) report.
ARRUDD (Automated Return of Unpaid Direct Debits) report.
AUDDIS (Automated Direct Debit Instruction Service) reports.
DDICA (Direct Debit Indemnity Claim) advice report.
AWACS (Advice of Wrong Account for Credit Service) report.
ARUCS (Automated Return of Unapplied Credit Service) report.
WITHDRAWAL Reports.
INPUT Reports (Live and Test).
ARRIVAL Reports.
Generic test report.
- In PTX, navigate to the Payments menu.
- Select Bacs messages.
3. Your Bacs messages will be displayed for review.
4. If you are expecting to see reports and they are not displayed, it is likely that the bank have not given Bottomline Technologies permissions to download reports on your behalf. You will need to speak to your sponsoring bank and request this.
