After resetting a user’s password, if this immediately expires, the most likely causes will be:
- PT-X Drive setup to use the account
- Invalid link saved in browser URL
- Invalid link in reset email (expired reset email)

If you are not using PT-X drive, check the saved URL in the browser link to ensure that this ends with .com
The correct address to have stored as a favourite is https://uk.pt-x.com.
You might also want to clear your browsing history or cache.
