If you are looking to edit collection profiles please follow the instructions below:
1. Login as an administrator.
2. Click on the 'Settings' tab.
3. Collection profiles.
4. Click on the profile name you wish to amend.
You will be presented with 5 tabs:
- General
- Document
- Correspondence triggers
- Scheduling
Please note: All fields are editable in these tabs.
General: Set the notification period and also enter the details that will appear on your customer’s correspondence.
Email: Email correspondence is sent from PT-X to your customers (if the preference is set to email) automatically. You can set the email address you wish this to appear as having come from on the email tab.
Document: Allows you to upload your company logo and position it to your specifications on the correspondence that is generated.
Correspondence triggers: You can choose to enable or disable the triggers on which you want correspondence produced
Scheduling: PTX will sweep the database for planned collections (and place them in your all payments screen ready for your approval) and process the correspondence (send the emails) depending on the scheduling you set. Only set this tab once you are live.
