The email notifications about payments that have been entered, submitted, rejected etc. are controlled from the user details in the settings tab.
Click on view or the email address from the user grid and then you’ll see two tabs: Details and Notifications. Tick or untick whichever notifications you would like to receive and then save the changes.
If for any reason you are not receiving the emails once ticked then please check your junk folder and or make sure your company has whitelisted the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
