Before you install PTX drive you will need to create a PT-X drive user and role in your PTX admin portal.
We would recommend that you have a dedicated PTX email address for you PTX drive account, this is for receiving notifications of actions that PTX Drive has done and for Password resets and reports.
Creating a new PTX drive user Role:
PTX Drive require a separate role to function correctly, this role can be created by going to Settings => roles => new role. Now enter a role name and description. Turn on (allow access to this module). Under permissions check the options for Create payments, Archive payments and reports actions. Now save changes.
Creating PTX drive User:
To create a new Drive user go to Settings => Users => create new users. Fill out first name PT-X, Last name Drive. Email address PT-XDrive@*******.com (Please Do not use an existing user account). Set the role to the new PTX Drive role you just created. This account does not need to be an administrator.
You will need to contact Support to have the Two step verification set to none on this account. You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org (this request will need to be made by a PT-X admin)
It is very important to remember that this user should be set to a non-attended email address, i.e. it needs to just run by itself and no one should be logging in using these details.
