Click ‘Fund account’ from any of the available Currency Accounts, found on the Workspace.
The ‘Fund accounts’ menu will highlight all the required details that you will need. These include the BIC, IBAN, and Account Number to transfer funds into.
Please note: the Short Reference supplied in this menu is a unique identifier for your business that must be used at all times when transferring funds into your International Payments Currency Accounts. Any differences in this short reference, will delay funds in reaching your Currency Account and could be returned to you.
Once funds have arrived, you will see that this has automatically topped-up your Currency Account. However, if you have any pending conversions, these funds may automatically be diverted to cover the conversions.
